Here's how to get started with Trendy Fly

  1. Connect Your Brokerage Account

    Your account must be larger than $25,000 as this bot does day trade. Your brokerage account will need to be approved for spreads trading and margin.

    • Schwab: You must manually reconnect after 5:00pm EST on Fridays and before the market opens that upcoming Monday for continuous automation. Deposits take 3-7 business days to clear. Trades will be rejected until the funds have settled. You will need level 2 options "increased risk", margin, and a think or swim account attached to the Schwab account you are connecting to the bot.
    • Tradier: Deposits take 3-7 business days to clear. Trades will be rejected until funds have settled. Create a Tradier account here. You will need level 3 options and a margin account.
    • tastytrade: Deposits take 3-7 business days to clear. Trades will be rejected until funds have settled. Create a tastytrade account here. You will need basic margin options level or higher.

  2. Activate Your Strategy

    Trendy Fly strategies are designed to maximize trend capture while minimizing risk through smart, rules-based execution.

    To activate the strategy select where it says “Add New Stock” and follow the steps on screen. You can select different trim levels of where you would like the bot to profit. The stop loss is always the same.

    Trendy Fly automates trades based on high-probability set ups and Trendy's Edge indicator. Once you're in a trade, the bot will place stop losses and take profits automatically!
